Sandblast Cabinets
Our range of shot/sand blast cabinets is comprehensive, we manufacture cabinets suitable for all aspects of motor restoration, from small bench tops to large blast cabinets capable of holding motorbike frames.
Standard range of Sandblasting cabinets:
All of our cabinets are capable of blasting using a suction or pressure
system.
- 100a - A small sandblast cabinet which can be used for cleaning small engine components. This is the only machine which is not able to blast using the pressure system.
- 101, 103 and 104 – These blast cabinets get larger the higher up the range. The cleaning power remains the same throughout.
- Multiwheel sandblasting cabinet. This cabinet has been designed to sandblast alloy wheels. It is large enough to hold almost any alloy wheel. Rollers on a turntable inside allow the user to move the heaviest wheel with minimal effort
Using our blast cabinets it is possible to do all these restoration tasks on any metal vehicle component:
- Rust removal
- All over even finish - Surface preparation or just to shine up
- Paint removal
- De burring.

Rubber lining to prolong media and cabinet life span.
- Pressure regulator – this is able to alter the pressure at which the media comes out of the nozzle.
- Built in extractor giving excellent visibility.
- Robust metal cabinet shell.
- Media recovery system allowing media to be reused
- Large viewing windows
- Can convert from suction to pressure or visa versa.
