Sandblast Engraving Cabinets

Depending on you requirements Odlings MCR can offer you
three different
engraving cabinets two for engraving on headstones and one for engraving on
glass:
Multiload Engraving Cabinet
The unique Multiload engraving cabinet is invaluable to a busy stonemason or a one man business – Easy and Safe.
The popular Multiload blasting cabinet has built in dust extraction, high powered halogen lighting for good visibility, blast media reclaim system to save on costs and a unique pneumatic lifting system to give the operator a perfect view of the work piece at the correct angle.
Superload Engraving Cabinet
The Superload provides the same engraving capabilities as the Multiload
but is able to hold much larger headstones. The Superload has spaces for arm
sleeves in the side of the cabinet to enable the user to get the hard to
reach areas.
Glass Cabinet
The glass cabinet has been designed for the sole purpose of sandblasting glass of any size.
The outer frame and special Odlings MCR Class Cabinet design allows even the tallest and longest glass sheets to be blasted on to with great easy.
Standard features on all our engraving cabinets include:
- Rubber lining to prolong media and cabinet life span.
- Pressure regulator – to alter the pressure at which the media comes out of the nozzle.
- Built in extractor giving excellent visibility.
- Robust metal cabinet shell.
- Media recovery system allowing media to be reused.
- Large viewing window.
- Four arm sleeves to gain access to all of the head stone or glass
- Complete compatibility with out Easy Load System
