Odlings MCR offer a unique system of engraving intricate designs on to headstones, wood and glass. We provide complete training after which a beginner will be able use our engraving cabinets, photo stencil system, plotter cutter and MasonART software as well as other stone mason equipment, to recreate almost any picture on to a headstone with superb detail.
Engraving Cabinets
We manufacture three engraving cabinets all of which can create beautiful intricate designs when part of our complete engraving system.
Our Multiloads and Superloads are primarily used for engraving headstones but are capable of engraving and sandblasting on many other materials including wood.
Our third cabinet is aptly named the Glass Cabinet. Because of its purpose built design blasting on even the largest sheets of glass is made incredibly easy.
Headstone mobility - Easy Load System
It can be dangerous transporting large heavy headstones. To make transporting such headstones easier and safer Odlings MCR have created the one person Easy Load System comprising of the Stone Cart and Stone Lifter. The Odlings MCR easy load system is suitable for almost any headstone size or weight (up to 350kg.)
Dustless Mobile Blasting Units
Sometimes it is not possible to move the item that needs to be blasted, such as very large headstones. Our mobile blasting units solve this problem by allowing the user to take the blaster to the headstone.
