P400 - Plastic media paint removal
The P400 is designed and manufactured for the sole purpose of removing paint from any aircraft wheel using plastic media for blasting.
Unlike chemicals plastic media is non toxic, non polluting and biodegradable. It is accepted throughout the Aviation Industry for paint removal without damage to the component surface.

media blast cabinet specification:
- Free standing cabinet to industrial specification with side opening doors to allow loading trolley carrying wheel or other components to be loaded with ease.
- Trolley to incorporate a turntable capable of carrying 160kg with a diameter of 900mm (optional track outside of cabinet for ease of loading).
- Large enough to take any aircraft wheel..
- Cyclone media recovery to
a 30 litre blast pot.
- Halogen lighting for good visibility.
- Rubber lined to reduce noise and wear
- Inhibitor circuit to avoid use of blast cabinet if door left open.
- Air filter/regulator and pressure gauge.

- Large industrial 3-phase 3000-cfm dust extractor with large capacity filter and collection hopper unit to have facility to reduce/increase extraction as required ducted to the blasting cabinet via flexible trunking hose.
