degreasing machine in useAutomatic and manual degreasing machines

Our range of degreasing machines offer real solutions to the cleaning and degreasing of aircraft brakes, wheels and other components.

As you are well aware, removing stubborn grease and brake dust in particular on aircraft brake parts is a real problem. High-pressure washing unfortunately will not remove baked on brake dust and we have found that a manual wash after a high-pressure detergent wash at approximately 60 degrees is the only answer.

Two high-pressure pumps delivery 220 litres per minute can initially wash the parts automatically in hot detergent (not solvent). After the wash cycle is complete the operator can put his arm through the sleeve rings and use the range of manual tools to agitate the stubborn dirt, followed by a further automatic wash.
