Odlings MCR have developed, with a major aircraft brake manufacturer, a
unique machine used in the service, overhaul and cleaning of aircraft brakes
called the Aerota. The Aerota is a fully automatic cleaning machine
guaranteed to lower maintenance cost and improve turnaround times.
Odlings MCR also has a range of Stainless Steel Degreasing and Washing
machines for the removal of carbon, grease and other contaminants from
aircraft wheel and brake components. Paint removal blasting cabinets to
prepare wheels for crack and fracture testing (N.D.T) are also manufactured by
Odlings MCR to a very high standard.
Aerota
- Torque Tube & Brake Cleaning
The Aerota created and manufactured by Odlings MCR has revolutionised cleaning aircraft brakes and components.
The Aerota is an automatic cleaning cabinet and unlike some other methods of cleaning aircraft brakes and components it does not require the use of air and is completely automatic.
A full set of components can be cleaned to a brilliant finish ready for N.D.T inspection. Just as important a full set can be kept together which is vital in a busy workshop.
P400
- Blasting Cyclone & Extraction
The P400 is a tried and tested machine capable of removing paint from aircraft wheels by blasting with plastic media.
This makes it a fast environmentally accepted alternative to chemical soaking and hand stripping paint from aircraft wheels.
Rotocyl - Cylinder Cleaning Machine
The Rotocyl is a new and innovative machine designed to gently clean the internal walls of gas cylinders/bottles.
Automatic & Manual Degreasing Machines
Our range of degreasing washers will remove stubborn baked on brake dust from aircraft brake components without the use of solvents.
Made from stainless steel and using quality components our degreasing machines are robust and reliable making a great addition to any wheel and brake workshop.
